We want you to love your purchase, but because each item is made just for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless we have made an error in production. If that happens, we’ll make it right.

As a small, family-run business, we take the time to make sure every item is made just for you and carefully quality checked before shipping. Orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received, but if you have a deadline—like travel or an event—let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and fulfillment, plus 3–5 business days for delivery.

To help keep costs low we are printing all shirts on the very comfortable Gildan Softstyle Unisex, Women's Fitted, or Youth shirts. If you are looking for another brand of shirt, please contact us and we will see if we are able to get them for you.
